Swap the carrier to match your camera. Each gate is shown at true relative scale.
Even light. Edge to edge.
The corners of the frame get the same light as the centre. No vignette to correct, frame after frame.
Measured across the light, the darkest point still reaches 95.5 % of the brightest. Corners get practically the same light as the middle.
Raise or lower the camera and the GFL light stays well above the line where scans look even. A typical light panel hovers around it.
Motorized film transport.
A feed motor advances the film for you. Large batches move quickly, and 35mm no longer means frame-by-frame by hand.
Modular film carriers.
Most photographers shoot more than one camera system. Interchangeable holders cover 35mm up to 6×7, so switching formats takes seconds.
Sensor-based frame positioning.
Built-in sensors detect and place each frame for consistent alignment. Prefer control? The semi-automatic mode measures the distance between shots.
